The Orders delivered & accepted by the customer are non-refundable.
In case you feel the order is not as per specification, please contact our customer care team immediately within 24hrs. Please understand, plants, without nourishment, can survive for a certain period of time. So it is impossible to get return of products like plants. By the time it reaches us, it will have died.
